Prof. J. Clifton Fleming

J. Clifton Fleming, Jr. holds the Wilkinson Chair at the Brigham Young University Law School. He is a regular visiting professor at Central European University, Budapest. He held the Freeland Eminent Visiting Scholar Chair at the University of Florida in 2002. He has been a visiting professor at Murdoch University Law School, Perth, Australia, and at University of Queensland Law School and he was a Fulbright visiting professor at the University of Nairobi. He is a member of the American Law Institute and the European Association of Tax Law Professors and has served as Professor-in-Residence in the Chief Counsel's Office of the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.
