marketmind Best Thesis Award 2016

For the second time, the mar­ket­mind Best Thesis Award was given to the best mas­ter's theses of the MSc Mar­ket­ing pro­gram.

Like in the pre­vi­ous year, the best mas­ter's theses of the gradu­at­ing co­hort of WU's MSc Mar­ket­ing pro­gram were awar­ded with the mar­ket­mind Best Thesis Award. The award is sponsored by the com­pany mar­ket­mind and in­tends to honor the ef­forts taken by MSc Mar­ket­ing stu­dents to develop state-of-the-art in­sights and in­nov­a­tions in the field of mar­ket­ing.

This year's win­ner was Ta­tiana Karpukh­ina with her thesis "Ad­op­tion of en­to­mo­phagy in the west­ern so­ci­ety". The run­ner­-ups were Patrick Windbüchler with „Drivers of Qual­ity Score in Search En­gine Ad­vert­ising”, Eva Melcher with „Do NFC-­based pay­ment means in­flu­ence spend­ing be­ha­vior?”, and Patrick Blaha with "Busi­ness Meet­ing Events: Scale Devel­op­ment". The win­ner re­ceived 1.000 € and the three run­ner­-ups 300 € each.
