SMU Summer Programme
The SMU Global Summer Programme (GSP) is a four-week short program. Application, selection and nomination are organized by WU. The partner university, the Singapore Management University (SMU) is in charge of the overall program and organization.

Location/Format: Online program
Program dates: June 28 - July 23, 2021
Duration: 4 weeks
Participants: 4 WU students and other international students. Please note that both WU Bachelor's and WU Master's students can apply for this program but preference will be given to WU Bachelor's students.
Fees: Tuition is waived for WU students. However, a program fee is charged for the SMU summer programme.
Credits: The earned credits can be recognized as regular business courses at WU based on the SMU-WU credit hour conversion (compare: Credit Transfer Online Database), given that the course was completed successfully. For credit transfer options please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. 8 ECTS credits can be confirmed as part of the IBW International Experience.

The SMU GSP academic program will be held in English. WU students may select 2 courses (one per cluster) of their own choice to attend.
English Language Prerequisite
English is the language of instruction at SMU. If English is not the main language of instruction (enrollment in WU's English taught BBE program), successful completion of EBC 1* or following IELTS/TOEFL scores are required:
Paper-based TOEFL: 550
Internet-based TOEFL: 79
International English Language Testing Systems (IELTS): 6.5
* If you completed the EBC 1 (Wirtschaftskommunikation I Englisch) course at WU, the International Office can issue an EBC certificate for your application.
The program fee in 2021 for the SMU online program consists of the following positions:
