Tobias Bornemann, Ph.D., LL.M.
Tobias Bornemann was born in Germany and studied both Business Administration at the University of Paderborn, Germany and International & European Tax Law at Lund University, Sweden. The title of his theses were “To what Extent are Tax Incentives for Research and Development compatible with European Union Law” and “The Impact of Tax Incentives for Research and Development und risky R&D Investments”. He worked as a Resarch Assistant of Prof. Sureth at the Chair for Business Administration, esp. Business Taxation at Paderborn University. Additionally, Tobias worked as Student Employee at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Düsseldorf, Germany. Since 2013 he is studying for his doctorate degree in the DIBT Program at the Institute for Austrian and International Tax law at the WU and at the Chair of Prof. Sureth for Business Administration, esp. Business Taxation in Paderborn, Germany.
