The Institute team wishes to thank all the participants from around the globe who contributed to our very successful inaugural

Sustainable HRM Spring Workshop: “Sustainable HRM-Striving for Common-Good Impact” on March  14^th -15^th 2023.

Our choice of a free and online version meant that the event was affordable, inclusive and sustainable - a format we hope to maintain in the future.

We really enjoyed the lively debates and discussions and will endeavor to incorporate a range of suggestions as how to increase HRMs common-good impact in our research moving forward.

A big thanks goes to the administrative and technical support team, to the reviewers, the scientific committee and various session chairs without whose support the workshop would not have been possible.

We look forward to welcoming everyone again to virtual-Vienna in March 2024.
