• Current position: Marie Curie Skłodowska Fellow and Senior Researcher at the Institute for Organization Studies at WU Vienna

• PhD in Management at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice (Italy)

• Past positions: Post-doc researcher at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice (Italy) and Adjunct Professor of Human Resource Management at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice (Italy) and of Organizational Design at LUISS Guido Carli Business School in Rome (Italy)

Research Interests

Current research interests revolve around organization theory, framing, and discourse. In particular, these topics involve questions of how different modes of language (visual and written) mobilize collective action.
