Thomas Grisold, PhD
Thomas Grisold is a lecturer for courses on knowledge-based management, process management and organizational learning.
Thomas works as an assistant professor with the institute for information systems at the University of Liechtenstein. His research revolves around the intersection of organization studies and information systems research. He is particularly interested in how digital technologies change established ways of organizing.
Within his doctoral research at WU, Thomas focused on organizational learning and unlearning. Prior to his PhD, Thomas obtained a Master’s degree in cognitive science from the University of Vienna, and Bachelor’s degree in advertising and management from Staffordshire University, UK.
Within his studies, Thomas was a visiting researcher at the Queensland University of Technology (Australia), Lancaster University (UK), University of Palermo (Italy), University of Liechtenstein and University fo Zagreb (Croatia).
He worked for advertising agencies in Belgrade, Vienna, London and Zagreb, and is a co-founder of the honey company ‚Mein Honig‘
