His professional vision focuses on “e2e Supply Chain digitalization and optimizing networked value chains (NVC)”.
Such complex, worldwide supply networks with innumerable disturbing influences can no longer be described deterministically with sufficient reliability. The supplier / transporter / customer therefore needs a tool that can determine realistic parameters for the performance of a supply network. The highlight of the material flow controlled RTMO system is the transparent choice of the transport system for the client. The assignment of transport quantities, routes and means takes place, for example, according to configurable economic, ecologic, social or organisational goals, which each participant in the network can individually control or negotiate for his supply chain. Each transport proposal is presented to the customer / carrier for approval. A future system can also act autonomously with appropriate reliability. For monitoring purposes, ATMO shall also at any time forward the current progress of the transport to the participating supply chain members and alert them to critical deviations His innovative Supply Chain Seminar will discuss critical examples of this vision.
