Prior to his employment at WU, Benjamin was an intern with a consultancy firm in Stuttgart, Germany. While in the US, he was working for an international investment bank where his duties included fundraising and due diligence reports. After high school, Benjamin spent 3 years in the German Federal Armed Forces where he was a member of the Force Protection Unit.
He holds a Master of Science in Insurance and Risk Management (Merit) from Cass Business School, London. Before that Benjamin earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Western Washington University, USA.
Benjamin conducts research in strategic management and examines the reasons for firm growth. In regards to thesis supervision, Benjamin provides supervision on two particular topics: (1) groups/teams in organizations and (2) business model/plan developments whose main idea is NOT build on infinite economic growth.
