is a research and teaching associate at the Institute of International Business since October 2011. Laura obtained her PhD in September 2015, and is currently a Post-Doc at our Institute. She is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and speaks six languages. Besides her PhD, she holds a bachelor degree from the Université de Perpignan in France and a MBA from the European School of Management and Techonology (ESMT) in Berlin. Before becoming a researcher, Laura gained extensive international professional experience in the areas of marketing and public relations in Argentina, the United States, France, and Germany.

Laura’s research interests lie within the fields of Organizational Behavior, Behavioral Ethics, Leadership and International Management. Her dissertation work explored the role of emotion and cognition in ethical decision making and behavior. Currently, Laura is pursuing research in the area of workplace motivation, ethical and intergenerational decision making, motivated reasoning, power, and mindfulness.
