Valerie Herzog is a research and teaching associate at the Institute for International Business. After receiving a scholarship, she studied Political Science and French in Florida (Boca Raton). Subsequent to her working full-time at the Austrian Consulate in Chicago, she studied International Relations at Loyola University Chicago. After returning to Vienna she continued her studies at the Vienna School of International Studies, focusing on International Economics and Business.
Valerie gained extensive international experience working for business and insurance accountants, the Austrian Broadcaster in Vienna and the United States (ORF), the Austrian Chamber of Commerce (WKÖ) as well as an EU-consultancy firm. Her academic experience includes working as a tutor for the Florida Atlantic University’s athletic department and the assignment as a statistical advisor and graduate assistant at Loyola University Chicago. She joined the Institute for International Business in November 2014.
