Anita joined the Institute for International Business as Research and Teaching Associate and PhD Student in October 2017. She holds a Master's degree in International Management from WU Vienna and CEMS. Before that, she also completed her Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration with specializations in Strategic Management & Management Control and International Business at WU Vienna. Anita took part in international mobility programs and spent two semesters abroad, one at University of Richmond in the US and one at Louvain School of Management in Belgium. Anita gained professional experience working in- and outside of Austria and in a variety of business areas of companies such as Accenture, Volvo, OMV and Siemens. During her studies she has been a student and research assistant at the Institute for Strategic Management and Management Control, and Competence Center of Emerging Markets and CEE.
Anita’s research interest lies in the field of strategic management in the context of globalization and emerging markets. Furthermore, she is also interested in media's role as a source of information and factor of influence in business.
