Benoit joined the Institute for International Business as a Research and Teaching Associate/PhD Student in July 2014. He is a CEMS alumnus and received an MSc in International Marketing and Management from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. Before that he received a BSc in Business Administration from IESEG School of Management in France.
During his studies, Benoit increased his international experience studying at the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich and the HKUST Business School in Hong Kong.
He gained professional experience working on or doing consulting projects for organizations such as L'Oréal, Groupe Adeo, British American Tobacco and Transparency International. While a student at Copenhagen Business School, Benoit also worked as a research assistant in the Department of Strategic Management and Globalization.
In his research, Benoit aims at linking the international business literature with the organizational behavior literature in investigating the role that psychological constructs play in headquarters-subsidiary relationships.
