Jasmin Abou Ahmed
Work at IfU, previous experience and academic profile
Jasmin is a research and teaching associate and has been with the Institute for Strategy and Managerial Accounting (IfU) since October 2018. She completed her M.Sc. in Business Education at the Karl-Franzens-University in Graz. During that period, she was teaching economic subjects for one semester at the commercial college in Leibnitz. Prior to that, Jasmin gained her bachelor degree in Business & Economics at WU, specializing in Business Training and International Business.
Before joining as a research and teaching associate, Jasmin did various internships in banking, HR, business training, tax consultancy, etc. In addition to that, she did two internships in HR, personnel accounting and finance in Alexandria, Egypt.
Jasmin’s research interests lie in the field of incentive and reward systems, performance management and management control as well as creativity. In particular, she focuses on performance management systems for ambiguous tasks.
