Nadine Nasgowitz

In her position as Institute Manager, Nadine is the first contact point at E&I for external stakeholders, such as industry representatives and researchers from other institutions, and internal stakeholders, like students as well as university management and administration. While Nadine overall supports the E&I team with managing, among other things, budget controlling, teaching-related IT systems and HR processes, she will also drive the institute’s strategic development.


Before joining E&I in June 2022, Nadine was already well versed with the university context due to her experience at the University of Mannheim. In her prior role, she was a member of the management team at the 120-member university IT department. Apart from ensuring operational efficiency across department projects – from project applications to controlling – and processes, including HR, she lead strategic projects, such as improving the external service thinking and initiatives to attract new talent to the IT department.   


Prior to this, Nadine coordinated and managed projects across diverse industries, including health, education and training, real estate, advertising, and glass and glazing solutions manufacture. Outside of E&I, Nadine follows her passion for personal development through part-time studies in the coaching field.
