The Organizational Development office provides guidance on organizational change processes.
WU’s Organizational Development office sees itself as an in-house support unit that helps to manage change processes. It takes two different perspectives:
1. The perspective on the organization as a whole:
Further strengthening cooperation across organizational units
Guidance on strategic and development processes
2. Support for individual units – specific assistance geared to the needs of individual teams and organizational units:
