Thank you for your interest in WU as a location for your event. On this page, you can find essential information about the administrative steps involved in room allocation. We are offering both teaching rooms and event rooms for rent.
Classrooms and auditoriums
Please note that the availability of our classrooms and auditoriums is limited because these rooms are primarily used for teaching. Please contact us for information about the availability of specific teaching rooms for events or fill out the online room application form. We will notify you or send you a booking confirmation as soon as we’ve checked the availability of the requested room.
WU has a variety of different event rooms with capacities ranging from 18 to 400 people. The individual event rooms have either flexible or permanent seating layouts. If you have any questions about the seating layouts, feel free to contact us and we’ll help you find an appropriate room for your event. We’re also available to show you the available rooms.

Please note that due to WU’s function as a university, certain restrictions apply regarding the topics and scale of events that can be held on campus during periods when classes are in session.

Geographic information system:
This system offers not only easy-to-use interactive campus maps, but also a wide range of additional information and useful features, e.g. points of interest, the locations of organizational units and individual employees’ offices, aerial photographs, and a route finder that shows users to best way of getting from A to B.
