Organizer WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) WU Executive Academy / Competence Center for Sustainability Transformation and Responsibility (STaR)

Die WU Executive Academy und das Competence Center for Sustainability Transformation and Responsibility (STaR) präsentieren im Rahmen der WU Executive Insights eine Abendveranstaltung mit der Expertin für Lern- und Organisationsverhalten Josefine van Zanten.

What is it about?

Diversity and Inclusion are on the agenda of most Fortune 500 organizations, yet we still debate with the same issues as 20 years ago. Less than 5% of CEO positions of this group are held by women. Employees who feel included largely outperform those who don't, yet Inclusive behavior is rarely mentioned as key characteristics of successful leaders.

Why is this a continued challenge? What are some of the proven and tested approaches that have truly made a difference?

What are approaches that lead to resisting the D&I rollout? In this session, we will address what the real hurdles are, how they appear and what can be done by managers to address these effectively.

We will work in groups, actively participate and discuss how to successfully embrace the D&I journey.

Photo & Film Notice

We will take pictures and film video during the event. These will be used in our online and offline communication activities by our partners and us.
