Court of Justice of the European Union: Recent VAT Case Law - March 24-26, 2021
This conference will focus on the recent case law of the Court of Justice in the area of indirect taxation. The judgment rendered from the last 12 months and other important judgments, which came up since our last conference, will be analyzed by panels consisting of leading academics, judges and government officials as well as business representatives.
Due to the current COVID situation, we plan to hold the conference in a hybrid format (on site and online via live stream). Hence, we warmly welcome all speakers who are willing and able to travel to Vienna to hold the sessions on site on campus. In addition, a limited number of participants will be allowed to attend the conference in compliance with all safety and hygienic measures. We will assess the situation in February 2021 again and adapt the format of the conference, if necessary.
Due to the current situation, there is only a limited amount of seats available at the conference. The seats will be distributed according to the first-come-first-served principle. We will be able to assess the number of total seats available for the conference in February and will then start distributing them according to the date of receipt of the registration forms.
The conference will start with a welcome reception on March 24, 2021 at 6.30 pm.
The working sessions will be held all day on March 25 and 26, 2021.
