Context | Emotions move us. And if we know how to read our emotional compass well, we know how to move even through challenging situations. Especially "negative" emotions such as anxiety, anger and frustration offer a lot of energy that we can learn to use in a constructive and creative way. This is an experiential workshop that is based on an embodied approach to understanding emotions. The 80/20 rule applies: 20 % input, 80 % personal experience. |
