Skill Session | Setting priorities

Setting priorities

The Skill Sessions is a series of independent one-hour embodiment trainings where you learn practical and body-based exercises that help you hone human skills and abilities to increase your sense of agency in challenging life and study contexts.

ContextWhen our to-do list seems to be endless, it’s necessary to set priorities. How can we notice with clarity what our priorities are and how to listen to them and take action accordingly?  And what’s the role of – uncomfortable – emotions in this process? Learning to listen to the body can be helpful to resolve inner conflict and blockages.
Skills & Goals
  • Simple, body-based practices that can help to find clarity when setting your priorities
  • Short analysis to identify where in the body you notice „incoherences“ first between your mind and your gut feeling.
  • ‘Taking the next step’ as a methodology to be clear(er) in your priorities
