Annual Research Conferences

ESPAnet Austria organizes an annual research conference to facilitate exchange and co-operation among social policy analysts in Austria as well as academics abroad, who conduct research on Austrian social policy (also in a comparative perspective). We welcome both, presentations in German and English.

The 4th Annual ESPAnet Austria Conference took place from September 27th – 28th, 2021 at the University in Graz. In two days, 25 papers have been presented in 8 sessions. The detailed programme (only in German) is available here. The conference was organized in memory of Prof. Margarete Kreimer, who dedicated her professional life to researching social and labour market policies, focusing on care and feminist economics. She was also member of the ESPAnet Austria board. We miss her dearly!
