Alexandra Vetrovsky-Brychta, president of the DMVO, Austrian’s largest communication association with more than 1,000 members, visited us this week for another expert talk. 

Due to her current position as CEO of the FVH Forum Verlags Herkert and previous executive positions at Bisnode-D&B, Purpur Media, and Herold Medien Data, the expert has gained two decades of experience in data-driven marketing. Through this time, it has shown that the goals of dialogue marketing still have stayed the same, however, the technological tools have advanced incredibly. For example, today, digitalization allows to manage processes, such as the retrieval of AB testing results, in real-time. With the help of specific examples from her experience, Miss Vetrovsky-Brychta showed that technology and tools are not enough to put data-driven marketing and sales into practice. Data Governance, the adaption of organizational processes, and the personalization of messages and channels are other important steps to implement successful project.
