Required information for the evaluation

Please note that the following information is indispensable for the evaluation of your program:

  • the legally required duration of your program (minimum duration)

  • the number of ECTS credits or credits or weekly hours required for the completion of the program (= overall workload)

  • the workload of each course/module you have already passed (indicated on your transcript either in ECTS credits or credits or weekly hours) and the grades obtained

  • the courses/modules you still have to pass for completion of the program, including the workload of each course (indicated either in ECTS credits or credits or weekly hours)

  • In case of modules: information about the courses contained within each module (Please see explanatory remarks below!)

The evaluation of your program is NOT possible if

  • the unit for the overall workload of your program and for the workload of each course is not the same
i.e. If your university documents the overall ECTS credits required for completion of the program but for each single course only the weekly hours are indicated (instead of the ECTS credits)!

  • only module-titles, but not the individual course-titles within each module are provided

  • not all information indicated above is given

  • the above listed information is not documented within an uploaded official document (stamped and signed by your university)

If ECTS credits/credits/weekly hours are only indicated for modules, but not for the individual courses contained within the modules, please note:

An entire module may only be considered for the fulfilment of the minimum admission requirements if each individual course within the module can clearly be assigned to the relevant field of study. This means that a module containing both relevant and non-relevant courses cannot be considered.  Providing us with official information about the ECTS credits/credits/weekly hours of each individual course would therefore be beneficial for your application. In this case each individual relevant course can be considered.
