Impact Analysis of the BBE Job Campaign in Lower Austria
The REAKTIV group aims to permanently integrate people into the labour market. To this end, REAKTIV and its subsidiaries Trendwerk Gemeinnützige GmbH, Context Impulse am Arbeitsmarkt GmbH, and Mentor GmbH & Co OG offer a wide range of services such as counselling, support and qualification measures as well as training and employment measures. The aim is not only to place people in the primary labour market, but also to develop human potential, to achieve a high level of satisfaction among employees and companies, and finally to increase the quality of life of the people concerned and to create social added value as a whole.
Accordingly, the NPO Competence Center was commissioned to conduct an impact analysis of the "BBE Job Offensive Project Lower Austria", which will run from the beginning of 2021 to mid-2022. Within the framework of the job campaign, 3,000 people, most of whom have lost their jobs due to Covid-19, will receive intensive counselling and support. Their potentials on the labour market will be worked out, application processes will be accompanied and appropriate placements in educational measures or the labour market will be made. The goal is long-term integration into the labour market.
The impact analysis by the NPO Competence Center pursues the questions of which impacts the job campaign has on society and to what extent these impacts are experienced by the beneficiaries. Based on this, the research project is working on the question of how a continuous cross-project impact measurement could be carried out at REAKTIV in the long term. Specifically, other Trendwerk projects are included in the impact analysis of the Job Offensive. In this way, findings from the impact analysis of the Job Offensive and the associated surveys are jointly generated and included in the planning of an impact analysis at Trendwerk.
