Florian Kauffmann is predoctoral research assistant at the Institute for Nonprofit Management at the Vienne University of Economics and Business since February 2022. He is part of the Civic Life of Cities Lab, which examines civil society and nonprofit organizations in cities.

Florian studied Business & Social Sciences and Management (Master) at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Beside his Master studies he was junior researcher at the Social Entrepreneurship Center at the WU. Thereby, his research focused on associations and foundations in Austria using mainly quantitative methods.
