Anna Katharina Grill, MA IntM
Anna Katharina Grill works as research assistant at the Institute for Data, Process and Knowledge Management at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She has been a member of the research group of the Knowledge Management Department since the beginning of 2021.
Anna studied "European Economy and Business Management" in her Bachelor's degree at the FH bfi Vienna. Afterwards, she worked as an intern in auditing, in a controlling department and as a project assistant for an online agency before gaining international study experience in the interdisciplinary master's program "Global Markets, Local Creativities" at the three European universities Glasgow, Barcelona and Göttingen. This GLOCAL master's program particularly focuses on the analysis of how local places and actors remain competitive under global market conditions. Important aspects were the historical and social context in which economic development and business strategies take place. Anna would like to bring this holistic, interdisciplinary perspective to research and teaching on knowledge-based management and learning in organizations.
