Each year IT-SER­VICES car­ries out a cus­tomer sat­is­fac­tion sur­vey on the fol­low­ing evalu­ation fields:

Sat­is­fac­tion with

  • ser­vices and products offered by IT-SER­VICES

  • in­form­a­tion provided by IT-SER­VICES

  • em­ploy­ees of IT-SER­VICES

The most com­mon ques­tions and sug­ges­tions asked and made by stu­dents and em­ploy­ees are dis­cussed by the heads of the dif­fer­ent IT-SER­VICES di­vi­sions at the end of the sur­vey re­port (in Ger­man only).

This on­line sur­vey is an­onym­ous. However, it dif­fer­en­ti­ates between stu­dents, ad­min­is­trat­ive staff and re­search assist­ants. Em­ploy­ees were also asked to spe­cify the de­part­ment (=build­ing) they work in. It is not an evalu­ation of IT-SER­VICES em­ploy­ees who work in dif­fer­ent de­part­ments.
