Claudia Klausegger

Claudia Klausegger is Assistant Professor and Senior Lecturer at the Institute for Marketing Management, Department of Marketing, WU Vienna. Her current teaching and research interests are focused on topics such as strategic marketing planning and product management, service marketing and relationship marketing (e.g., service quality, word of mouth, customer loyalty, and customer value), branding and communication, consumer behavior and market research in various fields of profit (in particular pharma marketing) and non-profit sectors. She also regularly serves as a reviewer for academic journals like the International Journal of Marketing. She has proven her excellence as an applied researcher, teacher and consultant by a broad range of different activities such as lectures, workshops and joint projects with practitioners on core topics in marketing.
