Florian is a doc­toral can­did­ate at the Re­search Group for Know­ledge Based Man­age­ment at the Uni­versity of Eco­nom­ics Vi­enna.

He fin­ished MEi:CoSci, a full time eng­lish taught highly re­search driven in­ter­dis­cip­lin­ary joint mas­ter pro­gram in cog­nit­ive science at the Uni­versity of Vi­enna (www.meicog­sci.eu) which led him to spend a re­search semester at the uni­versity of Ljubljana where he was mainly work­ing on episte­mi­olo­gical prob­lems of re­search­ing the mind.

His curi­os­ity developed to­wards rad­ical con­struct­iv­ism, know­ledge cre­ation, know­ledge tech­no­lo­gies, vi­sion devel­op­ment and in­nov­a­tion. He com­pleted his un­der­gradu­ate stud­ies in psy­cho­logy at the uni­versity of Vi­enna where his main in­terest was on so­cial and or­gan­iz­a­tional psy­cho­logy. He served as a fac­ulty rep­res­ent­at­ive for the stu­dent as­so­ci­ation. Be­fore en­rolling to uni­versity he spend one year vo­lun­teer­ing in a board­ing school in In­dia.
