Jakob Pohlisch was awarded second place in the ISPIM Dissertation Award 2021
ISPIM is the International Society for Professional Innovation Management. Each year the community awards outstanding PhDs with the Innovation Dissertation Award.
In his thesis "The Quest for Innovation: Exploring the Potential of the Crowd", Jakob investigated open and distributed processes for finding new ideas and innovations that firms have increasingly adopted over the last decades. His thesis consists of three original research articles, each addressing different aspects of how firms can leverage crowds for innovation.
