Dr. Kabul Kurniawan is a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Vienna University of Business and Economics (WU Vienna).  His research focuses on Semantic Web Technology for Cybersecurity, Information Security, and Industry 5.0.  Kabul received B.Sc and M.Sc degree in Computer Science at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) Indonesia in 2013 and 2015 respectively. After completing his Master's degree, he continued to pursue a Ph.D. degree in 2017 in Computer Science from the University of Vienna. He completed his Ph.D. early in 2023 with a topic of cybersecurity and knowledge graph. He is currently working as a Post-Doctoral researcher at the Vienna University of Business and Economics. Previously, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Software and Information Systems, Vienna University of Technology in 2018 and project assistant at the Vienna University of Business and Economics in 2020. He has published several research papers in top-tier journals (Comp. & Security, MAKE) and has presented his work at international conferences (e.g., ESWC, ISWC, Semantics, ARES, IFIP SEC, etc).
