ao.Univ.Prof. Dr.in Angelika Schmidt

Born 1966; studied Business Education at WU Vienna University of Economics and Business with a focus on Human Resource Management and Economics; 1994 to 2011 Assistant Professor at the Institute, since 2012 Associate Professor. Responsible for the competence field “Change, Creativity and Innovation” in the master program Management. The focus of the dissertation was on the interplay of organizations and families based on a functional analysis. In her habilitation the focal point was on changing employment relations and its effects on construct as organizational commitment. Training in the area of consulting based on a systemic approach is integrated into many areas of her work in research and teaching.
