Dawa Chang is a Project staff member at the Institute for Data, Process and Knowledge Management at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (WU Vienna), Austria. She received her bachelor's degree in IT Business from the KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology) of South Korea in 2008 and master's degree in Information Management from the same university, KAIST, in 2018. Before joining the team, she worked as a tax manager in the big-four accounting firm and led several IT projects for tax service innovation. Dawa‘s research is focused on Knowledge Graphs as a supporting technology for innovation.
