Marcio Henrique Sales Parada, LL.M.
Marcio is from Brazil. He first worked for the Brazilian Federal Revenue, where he developed a taste for public law, linked to state activities, such as constitutional, administrative and tax law. After graduating in law, Marcio wanted an international vision of tax legislation and completed his Master's program in Tax Law at the University of Bologna, Italy. Nowadays, he is working as an advisor in the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals, judging cases that involve administrative litigations with the taxpayers and the federal tax administration. The goal of his research is to seek solutions for intricate issues of international business taxation where the states and taxpayers have very different inclinations resulting from social, economic and cultural aspects.
