Mia Raynard PhD

Mia Raynard, WU Vienna University of Economics and Business

Mia Raynard is an Associate Professor in the Management Department at WU Vienna University of Economics and Business. She received a PhD degree from the University of Alberta, an MBA from the National Sun Yat-Sen University (Taiwan), and a Bachelor’s of Commerce degree from McGill University.

Her research interests lie at the intersection of organization theory, change, and global issues. Her work applies an organization theory lens to examine diverse topics and contexts including emerging economies, family-owned businesses, CSR and sustainability, and occupations and professions. She currently serves on the editorial boards of Administrative Science Quarterly, Family Business Review, Journal of Management Studies, and Organization Studies. Her work has been published in the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Annals, Family Business Review, Organization Studies, Research in the Sociology of Organizations, and Strategic Organization.
