Our vision

Antisemitism in the work and organizational realm is underexplored and poorly understood by policymakers. We consider it our responsibility to shine light on the topic of antisemitism at work. And thus, provide scientific research on this topic to educate on antisemitism and combat it while doing so. We aim to be the foremost academic center of excellence for the study of workplace antisemitism, seeking practical ways and policy initiatives to combat it.

Thus, we also try to reach the public with our events.

Antisemitism

We follow the widely adopted definition of Antisemitism by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance:

“Antisemitism is a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jews. Rhetorical and physical manifestations of antisemitism are direct toward Jewish and non-Jewish individuals and/or their property, toward Jewish community institutions and religious facilities.”
