07/07/04 Hi! Been a while since I last checked my own page, and it's very sweet, good old times sniff... Please keep in mind that all the stuff here was written in '96-'99, I don't really have the time to clean up the whole site and rewrite everything, so I guess it will stick around like this some more time ...

Capoeira Angola Sommer-WORKSHOP 2004 with Mestre Boca do Rio,
July 16th to 18th 2004 in Vienna, Austria. Organised by Grupo Capoeira Angola Zimba Viena.

What's new:
8/23/99? : Added a new sound file in the Media section. Go and listen to it now!
7/22 : Added 12 new photos.
6/25 : Added some new photos. I'm currently setting up the official homepage of our group; therefore I didn't have too much time to care about my own page. University has ended this week so I'll have plenty of sparetime.
Monday (6/28) will will have a Batizado at the 'Donauinsel' (Copakagrana) right about when get off the subway station "U1 - Donauinsel". It will start at 6pm.
Thanks to all the people who came to our workshop! Pablo has already encoded some little movies from the event I'll post later on.
5/20 : Added 4 new photos from Brazil.
5/18 : Added 12 new photos.
I temporarily changed my email address to h9650297@obelix.wu-wien.ac.at because my internet connection at home is broken. From today on I will read and answer my mailbox again.
5/16 : Sorry for the long break but my trusty old computer crashed for good last month.. What I got here now is a monster of 416MHz with 128MB RAM and with many goodies (yet I still need a scanner). There are tons of photos from Brazil, some snapshots from the Amsterdam Easter meeting and more b/w stills missing. Basics need a workover as well.
2 weeks ago Régis, Joel, Marquinho and people from our group here recorded a CD of Capoeira music. Right now we just have the master CD but we want to make it publically available as soon as possible.
Finally! With the help of Pablo (Curinga) I got a 30s movie and put it in the music section... which became the (Multi)Media section, gasp!
And then I added 8 photos, all black&white. Thanks go to Clara (Cadita) for the shots.
Because of the crash I haven't accessed my emails for more than one month; sorry if I didn't respond to anyone during the last month.

3/28 : Added description for Escorpiao in Basics. Did some minor tweakings to the Basics.
Added first info for our workshop in May (21-24th), updates wil arive before Easter. Hey I will go to the Amsterdam meeting by the end of next week, meeting some friends from Brazil there! And I got truckloads of new fotos in preparation, the final Brazil film.
We have a trainer again! It's Régis, Professor of our group Meia Lua Inteira in Recife and I greatly enjoyed training with him in Brazil in February.
