Quality Management & Program Delivery
Quality Management &
Program Delivery (QMPD) has four sections and reports to the Vice-Rector,
Academic Programs & Student Affairs. QMPD deals with all matters regarding quality
enhancement and quality assurance of study programs, learning and teaching
support, teaching management and management of examinations.

Academic Controlling
- Generates and
analyzes teaching- and student-related data for planning and management purposes
- Implements and
further develops a standardized teaching and study management
information system
- Develops and carries
out analyses of students’ progress and academic development

Evaluation & Quality Management
- Coordinates and develops
projects and measures to enhance teaching and learning quality
- Provides guidance
and information on all matters regarding quality management in teaching
- Is in charge of and provides
support for different kinds of internal evaluation (at the course, study
program, teaching and learning process levels)

Learn@WU
Services
- Is in charge of the
Learn@WU platform
- Is in charge of strategic
development of eLearning at WU and the Learn@WU platform
- Provides student and
staff support

Examinations
Office
- Provides guidance
and advice in all program-related matters (bachelor, master, first
degree, doctoral and PhD programs)
- Organizes
examinations and manages examination-related issues (including, among
others, examination schedules, large-scale examinations, subject
examinations, individual examinations, no-show policy)
