Administrative Services division supports students, faculty, staff and visitors

Our
responsibilities:
- Planning and implementation of complex construction, interior
design, and relocation projects
- Advising the Director of Administration on financial control and
contractual matters
- Establishment and further development of a computer-aided facility management
(CAFM) system
- Room reservation management (Room reservation application form - only in German)
- Process development and optimization within the purchasing and
administrative services division
- Administration and maintenance of all of WU’s insurance policies
- Administration of parking garage spaces
- Administration and maintenance of the Director of Administration’s
homepage
- Compensation procedures for the use of university resources in the
course of third-party research
