Our responsibilities:
  • Planning and implementation of complex construction, interior design, and relocation projects
  • Advising the Director of Administration on financial control and contractual matters
  • Establishment and further development of a computer-aided facility management (CAFM) system
  • Room reservation management (Room reservation application form - only in German)
  • Process development and optimization within the purchasing and administrative services division
  • Administration and maintenance of all of WU’s insurance policies
  • Administration of parking garage spaces
  • Administration and maintenance of the Director of Administration’s homepage
  • Compensation procedures for the use of university resources in the course of third-party research
