Personnel Development and Planning Office

To us, personnel development means finding effective, intelligent and creative ways of harmonizing the most important goals of organizations and individual staff members. We believe that the most important aspects of personnel development happen every day during the numerous direct interactions between management personnel and staff. Our job is to support and guide these interactions by offering training courses and consultation services, and by developing individualized, custom-made personnel development instruments.

• The Research Service Center's "Research Talks": WU Research Talks deal with current issues in research. For these talks, various experts are invited to come lecture at WU.

• The Research Service Center's "Research Workshops": Research Workshops are for the exchange of knowledge on a specific topic or for gaining practical experience in a certain area (e.g. applying for financial aid).
