How to find WU

By Public Transportation:

The subway lines U4 (green) and U6 (brown) stop at "Spittelau". Leave the station by the exit marked "Wirtschaftuniversität". 
The tramway line D stops right in front of the main WU building at "Liechtenwerder Platz".
The tramway lines 37 and 38 pass nearby, both stop at "Nussdorfer Strasse" (a 5-10 minute walk from WU).
The bus line 35A stops in front of the side entrance to WU at "Spittelau".
The bus line 37A also stops at "Spittelau"

From the Vienna International Airport:

Take the regional train number "S7" or the "CAT" express train to "Wien Mitte"
At "Wien Mitte" take subway line U4 (direction: Heiligenstadt) to "Spittelau".

By Train:

From "Wien Westbahnhof", take subway line U6 (direction: Floridsdorf) to "Spittelau".
From "Wien Südbahnhof", take the tramway line D directly to WU. The tramway stops right in front of the main buildung at "Liechtenwerder Platz".

By Car:

If you enter Vienna from the west on expressway A1, go straight ahead following the signs leading to the city center (or "Zentrum"). Two or three kilometers after passing Schönbrunn Castle, follow the signs to "Prag / Brno" left onto the outer ring road (or "Gürtel"). The Gürtel passes the WU after about another 7 kilometers. Follow the sign "Universitätszentrum Althanstrasse" and enter the WU parking facilities (the parking fee is € 2.35 per hour)

If you enter Vienna from the South on expressway A2, take the exit marked "Zentrum" leading to the city center. After about 4 to 5 kilometers, turn left onto the outer ring road ("Gürtel") towards "Prag / Brno". After approximately another 10 kilometers, the Gürtel passes by the WU. Follow the sign for "Universitätszentrum Althanstrasse" and enter the WU parking facilities (the parking fee is €2.35 per hour).
