To be a global player, a university has to be internationally recognized and prepared to face worldwide competition. International accreditations and independent rankings are important steps in this direction.

Accreditations are noted with particular interest in the global community of business schools and economic higher education. The EQUIS quality control system gives WU the opportunity to reflect on its strengths by comparing itself to international standards, and also to locate areas for improvement and rise to the challenge of addressing them.
