Business Law 05
The two year doctoral program in Business Law (degree program structure of 2005) is to be discontinued, which means that admission to the program is no longer possible.
Extension of transition period
Students who enrolled in the program before the new degree program structure came into effect in winter semester 2009/10 can remain in the old degree program until 30 September 2017. If you discontinue your studies for one or more semesters, you can only continue them according to the new, 3 year doctoral program.
Structure
In the course of the doctoral program in Business Law, three seminars have to be attended, a dissertation has to be written and a viva voce (in the form of three separate oral examinations in the three subjects chosen) has to be passed.
