PhD Finance 09
The Vienna Graduate School in Finance offers outstanding students from around the world an excellent PhD education preparing them for doing independent research in finance. Alumni have a wide academic qualification with a specialist knowledge in the core subject of modern Finance and finance-related methods as well as a deep understanding of the theoretical and methodical foundations of the field, which enables them to understand scientific contributions of others and to do independent scientific work on their own.
The PhD program in Finance is mainly intended for students who want to acquire qualifications necessary for an academic career in Austria or abroad, for example (future) academic staff of universities and other research institutions.
