Do I really need to submit information about the legally required duration of my relevant first degree program and the number of ECTS credits or credits or weekly hours required for the completion of the program? Yes, this information is absolutely necessary in order for your online application to be complete. A confirmation must be issued by your university (e.g. Diploma Supplement or other confirmation issued by your university), information not provided by your university will not be accepted. Please note that the legally required duration of the program and the time it took you to complete the program can - but must not - be equivalent. |

My university/my country does not use the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) and therefore my university is not able to list ECTS credits in my transcript. Should I try to convert the credit or (weekly) hours into ECTS credits? No, please do not try to convert the (weekly) hours or credits into ECTS credits by yourself. List the (weekly) hours or credits as stated in your transcript. The conversion will be carried out at our university. For the conversion the following information is required: legally required duration of your program and overall workload of the program in (weekly) hours and workload for each single course in (weekly) hours or overall workload of the program in credits and workload for each single course in credits. I forgot to upload some documents. Can I email single documents that I need to submit? No. All documents have to be uploaded using the online application tool. Documents sent via e-mail will not be accepted. Please check if all necessary documents were uploaded before submitting your online application. Note that scores need to be available at the time of application. No other than the listed proofs of your English proficiency can be accepted. |

What should I do, if I have not taken a GMAT? You can also submit the result of an equivalent standard test or letters of recommendation with your application. Note that your GMAT score has to be available at the time of application if you are listing it to prove your achievement potential. |

How many letters of recommendation can I submit when proving my achievement potential or my skills and knowledge? As many as you like. |

Who can write a letter of recommendation? A course teacher, an advisor or supervisor of an academic thesis or the educational institution at which the course was attended or the academic thesis was written. |

Is there a special template for the letter of recommendation that needs to be used? No, we do not have a special template for the letters of recommendation. |

Do I have to hand in a video/letter of motivation with my online application? No, there is no need to send a video or letter of motivation when applying for our Master's program. |

Will a personal interview take place? No, you only need to submit the online application in order to apply. During the selection procedure the applicants' aptitude for the program will be assessed by a panel of experts, based on the applicants' written applications. |
|
When will I receive notification of acceptance/refusal into the program? All applicants shall be notified of the results of the selection procedure via e-mail within a period of two months after conclusion of the application period. To claim their place in the program, the applicants must confirm the admission offer in writing and pay the admission deposit within 10 days of receipt. If the offer is not confirmed and the admission deposit not paid within 10 days, the admission offer will be withdrawn and offered to the next candidate on the waiting list. This process will be repeated until all available spots are filled. |

Do I have to pay tuition fees? How much tuition you will be required to pay depends on your citizenship. Tuition fees must be paid before the end of the enrollment period for each semester, at enrollment or re-registration for the semester. Books and class materials are not included in the tuition fees.
