project orientation [international]

The research programme project orientation [international] has been officially started by the PROJEKTMANAGEMENT GROUP in January 2005 duet to the great success of the pilot project project orientation [austria].

The objective of this programme has been to analyse and benchmark the maturities about 250 project-oriented companies in about 5 project-oriented industries in about 10 countries. The maturities of project-oriented companies and project-oriented nations can be analysed on the basis of two maturity models which are based on ROLAND GAREIS Management of the project-oriented company® .

The following 7 countries have participated: Austria, Finland, France, Germany,  Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia and South Africa.


Information

  • A research programme of the PROJEKTMANAGEMENT GROUP of the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration
  • Analysis and benchmarking of the maturities of about 350 project-oriented companies, 5 project-oriented industries in about 15 countries as project-oriented nations
  • Development of strategies and measures for the further development of project-oriented companies and nations
  • DThe programme is part-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (EFRE) and the Leondardo Da Vinici Programm (LT/05/B/PP-17015)
  • The applied maturity models of the project-oriented company and of the project-oriented nation are based on  ROLAND GAREIS Management of the project-oriented company® and ROLAND GAREIS Management of the project-oriented projektorientierten society®
  • The first results are availbale in the results folder
  • The extensive results will soon be published in the final report  here
