Ordinarius für Betriebswirtschaftslehre, insbesondere Personalwirtschaft, an der Fakultät Wirtschaftswissenschaften der Technischen Universität Dresden; seit 1997 Ordinarius der Interdisziplinären Abteilung für Verhaltenswissenschaftlich Orientiertes Management an der Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien.
Forschungsschwerpunkte: Internationale Personal- und Unternehmensführung; Karriere- und Laufbahnforschung; Neuere Systemtheorie und Betriebswirtschaftslehre.
Regelmäßige Trainings- und Beratungsarbeit mit Organisationen aus dem For- und Nonprofit-Bereich und in verschiedenen universitären und außeruniversitären Lehrgängen, v.a. im Bereich Teamentwicklung, Karriereworkshops, Human Resource Management; Outdoor-Training im Bereich Segeln zu Führung, Teamenwicklung und Selbstentwicklung (mehr unter www.championSHIPs.at)
