geb. 1958; Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Wirtschaftsuniversität (WU) Wien von 1977-1982; Vertragsassistent an der WU Wien 1982-1985; wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter bzw. Hochschulassistent an der Universität-GH-Paderborn 1985-1990; Vertrags- bzw. Universitätsassistent an der WU Wien 1990-1993; 1993-1997 Lehrstuhlvertretung bzw. Ordinarius für Betriebswirtschaftslehre, insbesondere Personalwirtschaft, an der Fakultät Wirtschaftswissenschaften der Technischen Universität Dresden; seit 1997 Ordinarius der Interdisziplinären Abteilung für Verhaltenswissenschaftlich Orientiertes Management an der Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien.

Forschungsschwerpunkte: Internationale Personal- und Unternehmensführung; Karriere- und Laufbahnforschung; Neuere Systemtheorie und Betriebswirtschaftslehre.
