Hardware and software acquisition
The Decentralized Systems division provides support for the acquisition of
hardware and software. The administrative procedure to follow depends on the cost of the product, who will be paying for it and the category it belongs to.
WU staff and faculty members can find more information on administrative procedures and details of the acquisition process over Acquisition Management’s Intranet.
The following hard- and software components can be purchased through centralized Acquisition Management:
- Standard PCs
- Standard printers
- Standard software and software licenses
- "Kleinsoftware" (software that does not cost more than € 400)
- Private licenses / Work@Home initiative
