VPN access at WU
When using a VPN connection, you are automatically assigned an IP address from the WU address pool, giving you access to normally restricted university services (e.g. library catalogs and databases), even if you use a different Internet provider.
Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client
The Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client is offered to WU faculty, staff and students free of charge. It is currently available for the following operating systems:
- Windows XP / Vista / 7
- Linux
- MAC OS X
The Software installation should be done automatically, just follow the instructions in our manual:
